  1. Trying to find that Dream Job

    I am trying to find my first job as a new Nurse grad.. I have yet to have any luck and its very depressing to fill out numerous applications online and still nothing..No call, no email, no nothing.. I feel that I am helpless in this situation because all I can do is give them my information, resume, cover letter etc. I am not experienced because I am new and everyone wants experienced nurses.. The only way to get the experience is to get out there and work! Any advice or comments welcomed!!

    Hello, I am a newly licensed RN and have been for about 2 months..I am searching for a job and have applied to many different places and can't seem to even get an interview. This is very frustrating to me because I feel that I haven't even been given a chance. Any advice on this situation?
