lac-usc salary
Hi. I did take the RN1 F position. I have not started yet. I also have no clarity on the exact pay rate. I did call HR and they said for a new RN with no experience the hourly is 32.59. Once I have an orientation date I hope to have more information. I made my decision based on the experience I would gain in this particular Med Surg position. It seemed like a better investment for the future. The relief position was in post partum at another county facility.

I'll definitely update when I get information. But if anyone has any insight it would be most welcome if you share it. Thank you.

Thank you. But just on a side note I'm not the timid type. I did ask before I posted to this forum. The recruiters don't seem to give you the information. I did call HR and was transferred to the "person" I need to speak with and got the voice mail. Maybe it is because of the holidays. But It really seems like it's a mission to find out this information.

Hi can anyone help me? I am really confused regarding job offers. I was offered relief nurse at one county facility with an hourly rate of $44. My other county facility offer was RN 1 F which is still temporary but the pay rate is 31.25 . No benefits unless I get hired as full time. My question is most importantly is RN1 at county usually 31.25 for a new grad. Secondly why is the relief hourly so different from the RN1F? Both told me I could work have up to 39 hours, I am trying to make a sound decision by weighing the pro's and con's. Please does anyone have any info. I have searched every where. Thank You
