Thanx for the info! That is something to think about. How far are you into the nursing program are you and what do you think so far?

Yeah that is where I am discouraged. I have to do Bio 181, Bio 201, Bio 205 and Bio 202. I still have to do Chemistry and Critical Reading. English 102 and Math 092 and HCC 130. I am frustrated because Biology classes alone are gonna take me 4 semesters.

See I had this whole thing wrong. I thought if I went to MCS I wouldn't have to take all the Biology and Chemistry. Now that I would still have to take all of those I really dont see the point in spending all the money to go to MCS.

Wow thanks for all your help so far! So what kind of pre reqs are there? I have already done Psyc101 and Eng101. Do you know how often the program runs? I think I am just going to have to go to the info meeting.

So the program is three days a week from 8-1 and a 12 hour clinical either Friday, Saturday or Sunday?? How hard would you say it is? I have a three year old who will be four in February and a baby on the way due in November. How often does the program run?

Has anybody taken the LPN program thru MSC or attended the information meeting? If so what did you think?

Has anybody done the nursing program at PIMA?? If so what do you think. Is it worth it?

So the four that r on the midterm dont copy some that were homework??

I know the midterm has 4 Summarize Your Learning Essays. Are these different then the ones we hand in as homework? She says we should know all 46 of them and I think that is rediculous. So has anybody taken the midterm?

If so how is the midterm and final? What is on it?

I have a question about Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. I have seen a few jobs on their website that I would like to apply for but if the hospital doesn't open until June we just have to wait until then? Has anybody applied there?

I was wondering how the lab works with the online Science classes at Rio. I wanted to take Micro and A&P I & II.

No I am not a nurse. I think I will go to urgent care. I am only 21 so I don't think it is my heart but enough of you have responded to make me think it is something bad.

Well I live in Arizona but now it is more in my throat and it kinda feels like asthma-bronchitis. I am trying to avoid the doctor because of the money issue.

Well the pain has gotten worse again as the day goes on. I took 3 Advil before I went to bed. I would love to go to the ER but I have no insurance!

I need a nurses advice. I feel like I have something stepping on my chest. When I breathe in it hurts even worse and it goes up my throat. Does anybody know what could be wrong with me? It just started today and it is gettin worse as time goes on. Any help would be appreciated.
