    Hi! I'm planning to take the NCLEX exam here in Illinois. I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines. I'm having a hard time deciding whether I need to take the TOEFEL/IELTS first or apply for the Credential Services (ERES) and wait for the result. Cause I read somewhere that the department can waive TOEFEL/IELTS if the credential services result is fine. I really need someone to help me, because I don't know someone here in Illinois that can help me with my application. Thank you in advance
