I am debating about applying for a nursing new grad program. I cannot seem to understand exactly what this type of program entails. I understand that every program is a little different, depending on where you go. However, I have I few questions regarding how these programs generally work. Generally, how long are these programs? What occurs after the program is over (do you have a job in the area & place that at you did this program?)? Do you have to pay a fee to do this type of program? Do you receive any compensation?
