    Hello! Im new to all this so was looking for some advice. I started my A&E placement and am a bit lost. I dont really know what to do or where to start! bit like a rabbit in headlights. Does anyone have any tips or tricks or research topics to look at? Like main things to know or do. Much appreciated! Sophie Gray. Adult student nurse.
