  1. Look into second bachelor programs or a Master's Program. Many don't require you to be an RN. Check into the states scholarship program. Also, if you did a Master's it would be upper graduate which would allow you more aid. I grew up in Mexico and Rolla, MO. I have heard of West Plains and have probably been there. I just don't remember exactly where it is located. Good luck. Jessica
  2. I would check with the nursing schools you're planning on applying to. I know the nursing schools here don't accept science courses taken over 10 yrs. ago. Jessica
  3. I will be taking A&P I this fall. My lecture is online and my lab is on Friday mornings. Good luck to everyone. Jessica
  4. I was just wondering how many times others have applied to nursing school before actually getting in. I applied last fall for one program but was put on a waiting list. So this fall I am taking the pre-reqs for a BSN, and will be applying for both an assoc. and bach. A little discouraged, Jessica
  5. I applied last fall to Montgomery College's nursing program, but have been put on a waiting list. With your GPA you have a pretty good chance of getting in. The lowest GPA accepted was a 3.71. Of course A's in your science courses are a huge plus. Hope this helps. Jessica
