Hello, when I was 19 in the year 2007 I was charged with 2 misdemeanors. first one was petty theft second one was possession of marijuana I completed probation so I was never convicted, and the charges where dropped. Do you all think this will hinder me from obtaining my license, or a job? Basically I have about 1.5 years before I get into the program, and then another 2 years of schooling so it will be about 10 years since the offenses occurred. Thank you!

Yeah I was detained- but no charges where ever filed against me- so you're saying that even if they did print me(cant remember it was so long ago) as long as I was never convicted, or charged and then charges dropped, that I should be good to go? THank you for your help in both this matter and my other post!

Hello, in Arizona I know they check your fingerprint record- I was detained for being in the wrong place at the wrong time about 4 years ago. When this happened I was simply detained at the station until it was determined I had no connection with the crime- I cant remember if I was fingerprinted or not....is there a way to check? How can I find this out? Thank you!

Hello all, how are you? I was charged with possession of marijuana 7 grams or less in Texas back in 2007. It was a misdemeanor B charge- and I took a plea agreement to go to treatment. Since then I have had no substance abuse issues, and I have had no criminal issues (some speeding tickets lol). I am applying to Pima Community College CTD program in Tucson Arizona- do you all think I will be able to get in? And if so do you think I would have issues finding a job, or getting my license? Thank you.
