  1. good luck to you as well!!! I am taking the teas for the second time next week. first time around I got a 77.3% because I ran out of time on the math portion I was so upset because I was only a few .7 away from 78%!!! I am so nervous because it is so close to the deadline.... I have to pass this time most definitely! I think I will , its not that I don't know the info I just wasn't fast enough. I did get almost a 90% on the science portion and I was so happy about that.
  2. I am sending in the application anyway!! I figured it wont hurt!! my gpa is a 3.8!! im only a godforsaken 1/2 point away from the required teas score!! makes my blood boil!!
  3. Well, looks like I will not be joining the Daytona Ucf program this spring.... I got a 77.3% on the teas all because I ran out of time on the math portion.... ironically I was getting the questions right, but I just wasn't fast enough. I got within the mid to high 80s on all the other portions... im just really ticked... I even got 100% in the physical science area!! super bummed out!!! Im taking it again in 30 days and applying for the Seminole state concurrent program. In the meanwhile im going to try to speed up on my math skills!!!Good luck to all..
  4. I would start soon. The background check requires you to go somewhere to get your fingerprints scanned. I had to make an appointment for mine.
  5. When you go into the actual application, there is a link at the bottom of the page to the directions. It is pretty self explanatory from there.
  6. I bought the full ati package including the two test that are in the book and two test that are on the website. I am focusing more on science. I feel like im pretty strong in math, English, and reading... I just finished chemistry in may so I feel like that part is fresh in my brain. The biology parts I need some major refreshing. I will definitely let everyone know how it goes after this weekend!!!
  7. I am almost finished with all the application requirements too, but I just have to take the teas. I am planning on taking it at Seminole state this Saturday, its only like 50 bucks compared to 70 bucks at ucf, and you don't have to make an appointment! Id rather pay to transfer the test to ucf since I will need it for Seminole state anyway if I don't make it into Daytona. I am really nervous about the test though! I have been finishing up Spanish I and Spanish II all while studying for this teas over the summer!! All of this on top of my four year old and 12 year old!! The summer has been crazy! I am just glad that it will all be over with by the end of this week and then I can finally take a break. Maybe a mini vacay!!
  8. Hi!! best of luck to you!! I am nervous as well, but I am also excited to get this next step over with! If I don't make it into Daytona, maybe I will be seeing you!! Are you finished with your AA degree yet? I just finished in may, but got stuck with taking foreign language over the summer but it is almost over with. Im taking my teas test this Saturday and have been studying for that on top of my Spanish II summer b course!!! Talk about totally stressing!!
  9. I am applying for UCF Daytona for spring 2015!! I am also going to try Seminole State's concurrent program that is also in the spring if I don't make into Daytona!! I can't believe the application cycle begins next week!! Im so excited an nervous at the same time! Cant wait to get this process started! Good luck to all! :)
