   Thanks everyone I took and passed the NCLEX I'm officially an LPN (until I go back to school next year) and I'm not on probation and I don't have any restrictions on my license!!

   As long as you have turned in the neccessary documents (I had to bring certified court documents, a police report, and a letter from the PTI program stating that I had successfully completed everything) and the essay then that's really all you can do...
