    Hello all, my name is Megan. I'm new to the community. I am 17 years old. I have just recently passed my CNA state test (Illinois) and just scored a full time job at a nursing home. I'm working 3rd shift, and so far I absolutely love it. I plan on getting into my local LPN program and then the RN program. Aside from my introductory statement, I was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips considering this is my first job in the medical field. Thank you!
