    The fit was perfect. Actually, I had signed a contract for my third extention when the hospital cancelled me. HR said they did not have a contract, but my agency told me that they had sent the contract to the hospital. Anyway I was without an assignment with no compensation. I really found out that a signed contract protects only the travel company.
