I know that you can you military experience to become an LVN. I was wondering if you can use your military experience to become a CNA. Is it also possilbe to take the exam for CNA?

I'm just looking for to review until my books come in.

Lisa, are the questions on the test something that you would see on a cd for test questions? I have the saunders cd and I've been told that I should just keep practicing those test questions.

Is it really true that you have to wait two weeks for results? In the package that I received there was a letter that stated I can find out my results in about two days for an charge of about $8.00

I'm taking it because I can and I didn't have to go back to school and complete any courses. I know it's been awhile but if I pass I can double my pay check. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What is the best study material out there today? Preferably something on tape or cd maybe even dvd. What did you use to study with? I'm just wondering because I just received a letter today that I was eligible to take the exam for the state of California and I didn't even go to school. I'm using my military experience as a Hospital Corpsman but I have been out of the military and more importantly, the medical field for three years now.
