Hi, new here! I'm a recent graduate and am searching for my first nursing job. While filling out online applications, one hospital in particular that I am interested in, I came across things I'm not sure how to answer involving licensing. Before I call and bother their HR department and possibly make a fool of myself, I'd thought I'd try to ask around first. First-It asks for License status then there is a drop box with 4 options that include: "Compact St", "Magnet", "NA", and "Provisionl"....... I don't know what all of these mean, all I know is my license is active! lol Second- At the bottom of this section it says "State Status 1" and then has a box for free typing.....again I have no clue what they want here. At first, I thought maybe the state? but they already asked for that in the same section so I'm at a loss. Hope somebody out there has some idea! If not, I'm going to have to call. I don't want to fill out the application incorrectly and not even get considered or accused of falsifying information! Thanks in advance!
