  3. Hello everyone! I am a new(ish) RN in Williamsburg, VA and a single mom looking to relocate within the next year or two to Dallas, TX. I've got 2 years of experience in the PCU and I do not have my BSN. I'm working on my PCCN certification. I have read up on Parkland and Baylor. They both sound like great places to work. I just have some questions that I'd like to ask you Texas nurses 1. What's a realistic pay rate that I can expect? 2. Where is a good central location that is safe and has good schools with good special needs programs? 3. How much can I expect to pay in rent? 4. What is the nurse/patient ratio for PCU's around Dallas? All other insight is appreciated! Thank you in advance!
