there is an order form for uniform but i dont see anything about the skills kit. will they tell us more about it at oritentation. It says we don't need it till the 2nd week of class

i sent a request to join the facebook group..also do our scrub pants have to be from meridy's? what about the lab coat? can i just use my old one from microbiology or do i need one from meridys?. I already ordered my shoes, stethoscope and bp cuff...what is a skills kit?

Everything you just said is correct. I am getting my finger prints and drug test done monday. I wasn't able to get a hold of a doctors office for the shot stuff. I know my doctor will just send me to a lab for all the lab work. I wonder if I could go ahead and make a lab appt? like at quest? does anyone know about this? Has anyone made a facebook page yet for our class?

I got in. Im so excited. Now to get everything done. There is so much. I don't know where to begin.

Im okay with having 2 weeks to do it..I was just worried about having only a week. Like if we didnt get our letters untill the end of the first week of August

So you have to go get your levels tested then wait a few days to get the results then get the booster..wow this is so scary to think about how little time we will have to do this. I might be quitting my nanny job spontaneously. Ifeel bad for that family. I told them I was waiting till spring to apply bc I didnt want them finding someone else in case I didn't get in. I thought I would be able to give them plenty of notice if I did get in...oh well

Is it necessary to get any records of past immunization. That might be hard to. I have no idea if my current primary care doctor has records of that or not.

Can you go to your regular doctor for this..how long does it take for the labs. My regular doctor doctor doesn't have a lab in the office so I guess make an appt with the doctor then to the lab...what if the doctor office is booked I wonder if you could g ro a solantic type place. Since we have to get the titers done do we stiil need copies of our shot records

Me too...but from what everyone keeps saying is we wont know untill the first week of August..so it cpuld be another 2-3 weeks b4 we know
