  1. When I used to EMT in WA one of our transport hospitals was South West Washington Medical Center in Vancouver. They are a teaching hospital, from what I could tell they were a good hospital at the time, I don't live in the area anymore so things could have changed. I had good experiences with my ER rotations our agency had us do through them. There is a lot to do if you like the outdoors in the Vancouver area and Portland is just across the river for any shopping and nighttime activities. I have also heard that Harbor View is a good hospital and I believe it is up near Seattle. Hope this helps good luck in finding what you want. Melina
  2. Have you checked out Dominican University in San Rafael? I know they are spendy, ok very spendy but they do offer scholarships for transfer students so that might help out a bit in the affordability area. It's just a suggestion, I have checked out their program on line and it seems to be a good one and since you already live in the Bay area it might be a good fit for you. Hope it helps. http://www.dominican.edu/home.cfm Melina
  3. I currently run a copy center for a software company, (basically a private Kinko's) I have been doing this for over five years now and cannot wait to be out of here, the people I work for are great but its time for me to move on and do what I really want. :)
