  1. Good Morning, I am an RN with almost 15 years of varied Critical Care experience (ICU, PACU, Emergency Department). In addition, I have a considerable amount of charge RN experience, mostly in the ED. I've taught clinical for nursing students. I recently graduated with my MSN and am looking to get into a more management-ish or educator role. I'm not sure what I want to do really. I do need some flexibility due to having small children. Something during school hours would be even better. I feel bad saying after all these years I still don't know what I want to do with my life, career-wise. Advice??
  2. Hi, this is my first post to allnurses.com. I am starting to freak out. I took the NCLEX the first time in early June after taking a HESI review course through my college. I failed. I recently competed the Learning Extension review course online, and am currently enrolled in a two week Kaplan classroom course. I am so nervous, and depressed over this whole situation. I want to pass this test so I can get on with my life and my career. Does anyone know any statistics that show pass/fail rates for taking the test the second time? I am scheduled to retake the NCLEX the end of July. My job has already postponed once, but I don't know if they will allow me to postpone again, if I fail again. I am sorry to ramble, but words cannot even explain how extremely nervous I am. I am so stressed and about to explode. Please help, passing this test means the world to me. Thanks.
