  2. I had 110 questions. 24SATA and 4 alternate format...yes i kept track! lol I think i got the good pop up...it says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time" and the results read: delivery successful. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??????
  3. So NCLEX is over...now just trying to figure out if I passed!!!.......
  4. Yeah i feel like im going to vomit.....so nervous! lol we are our own worst enemies....
  5. Is it that hospitals are only hiring BSN's? That's how florida is.....
  6. Wait....what!!!! I didn't know that!!!!! Are you sure???
  7. Hi everyone! So I take my NCLEX (Florida) this Monday (6/9/14) and my husband and I are planning to move to Colorado quite soon (he was offered a job in Denver). My question to you is what are nursing opportunities like out there for new nurses? I have looked into housing and it seems to be just as expen$ive as down here in FL. :***:. Any recommendations about good areas to live? We are outdoorsey people, and the idea of living in a major city is not very appealing. Anyway I just figured I would ask and see if anyone living in Colorado would be so kind to help steer us in the right direction. Thanks to everyone! ~Namaste~
  8. RNyourBusiness.....how did the HURST q-review questions compare to NCLEX questions? Which seemed "harder"? or did Hurst do a good job of preparing you? Sorry for all of the questions! :)
  9. Thank you so much! I really appreciate that! As you know, it is just so so stressful....years of work culminating to one last test..... eeeek!!!
  10. I have to ask....how does it feel to finally be a RN? How excited were you when you saw "pass"?!!?!?
  11. Really!!!!!!!! That makes me feel so much better!!!!! Oh congradulations!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
  12. That is my question exactly! Are we studying at the appropriate level!!! Good luck to you also missy!!!
  13. Hurst. NCLEX made incredibly easy. And that's really it. Too many resources just doesn't seem helpful or productive for me.
  14. No the newer ones do not have specific geriatric diseases (Alzheimers, Dementia, etc.) in the core content.....so you're not missing out :)
  15. Hello everyone! 6/3/14 Well the countdown is officially in the single digits.....5 days left. I take the NCLEX (Florida) next Monday at 8am! I have been studying constantly for about 1.5months now. I did the HURST review and have taken 3 of the Q review tests: score following: 87/125, 88/125, and 86/125. I am not sure if those scores are a good indicator of my chances of passing NCLEX, but I do know that I am consistent with my range of scores. I do not feel that I am prepared at all.....does anyone ever? I hope all goes well, I have 3 Q-review tests left, which I am taking every other day until the exam. Anyone else who has used HURST since the NCLEX changed it's format and passed??? Any tips or advice? Ugh....I just wish I felt ready...... Thank you everyone! ~Namaste~
