    Well I wasnt charged with anything like in court with the legal system. So I have absolutely no criminal record. My son got into nail polish remover so they call it "neglect" from " not watching him". Its almost like the healthcare workers registry except its DCFS and they call it an "indication". So if my job were to be working with children say at a school they would look it up, but I was also told nursing homes????

    Ive recently appealed an indication for child neglect here in Illinois. Is it possible for me to enroll in nursing school with this on dcfs record?
