  1. Difficulties with Florida IPN

    Has anyone been under contract with IPN and not completed their contract for one reason or another? Did you voluntary withdraw your license or just have IPN send your case to the board and have the board do their investigation? It seems either way, the board recommends you comply with IPN program contract. Does a board investigation with resulting discipline and/or complaint automatically get placed on your license on the DOH website, accessible by link? I am in the middle of an IPN contract. They are wanting me to re-do IOP then restart my 5yrs. It is unacceptable to me. I would like to do damage control. Anyone have success with an attorney specializing in IPN? I'm mostly concerned with keeping the link to my 'discipline' or 'complaint' off the internet once the board files their complaint. Is it best to do voluntary withdraw? Or let my license expire in next few weeks. Any information would be appreciated !!! I have 2 weeks to give them an answer!!!
