I would check with the financial aid office at Troy Montgomery or any other local community colleges about if they have an exception for nursing students in their ADN program when it comes to hours. I graduated from Wallace State in Hanceville and they allowed up to 110 hours on financial aid for nursing students. Whereas a general studies degree allowed 96 or so? I hope that things are able to work out for you!

Hey guys I'm a current Wallace student and they will tell you everything you need to know at orientation! If they don't change anything then first semester you will either be on campus three or four days depending on which block you choose. Depending on which block works best for you, you will have class 8-3 for two of those days and either lab one day from 8-3 or lab two days from either 8-11 or 12-3. After clinicals begin around October you will no longer attend lab. So then you'll just have class two days and one day of clinical. I hope this makes sense but they will explain it at orientation!
