Rx 46 year involved in accident L Pneumothorax (ICC inserted) Lacerated Spleen L shaft of femur Suspected internal bleeding not identified during surgery Treatment Had general anesthetic and a laparotomy with repair of the lacerated spleen infused with 5units of blood during surgery indwelling urinary catheter in situ IVT 8/24 02 via facemark delivered @8l/min GCS 15 Vital Signs stable I'm asked to explain in detail assessment i would implement to identify if my patient is bleeding internally and her condition deteriorating with rationales for my answers. Can someone please help Thanks
