  1. Hi Everyone! I am an RN that works full time and is going to school online for my Bachelor's. I am starting my last nursing course this week and am having trouble finding a topic for my capstone project. I work in a federally funded clinic for patients who are uninsured or under-insured (we have many patients with medicaid). We serve many low-income families. We have a peds unit and an adult unit. I need a topic for my project that I can implement while I am working. It needs to be a problem in the clinic setting that I can develop an improvement plan for. I would appreciate any ideas you may have! Thank you!
  2. Hi Everyone! I am an RN that works full time and is going to school online for my Bachelor's. I will be starting my capstone project class at the end of the summer. I had worked on some projects that dealt with our capstone project in previous classes but I have switched jobs and can no longer do the topic I chose. I now work in a federally funded clinic for patients who are uninsured, under-insured, or have medicaid or medicare. We serve many low-income families. We have a peds unit and an adult unit. I need a project topic that I can implement while I am working. I am starting to think about what I'm going to do now so when the time comes I am prepared. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thank you :)
