  1. I forgot to mention in addition to this I usually have a full team myself because staffing at my hospital right now is a challenge.
  2. I recently started as a fulltime charge nurse on my unit, I was wondering how others deal when people constantly complain about their assignments, it seems that no one is ever happy no matter how accommodating you are with the assignments, it's exhausting. I'm happy and grateful to have my position but it's tough dealing with such negativity.
  3. Update I passed yesterday, my 3rd time taking test
  4. I am feeling majorly bummed out, I retook Pccn for the 2nd time today and failed by 1 point, anyone else have trouble passing after 2 attempts? Im feeling discouraged but going to try 1 last time .

I used a online review course that I purchased through the AACN website, in addition to that I bought a practice question guide from Barnes and Noble with over 1000 questions along with a couple of other practice question guides, The preparation has been costly and I don't plan on spending another dime on study aids. Also I purchased the self assessment test through AACN website and did that twice. I plan on retaking later this summer.
  6. I recently took my PCCN test and unfortunately I did not pass, I was real close though, My question is how long do I have to wait to retake exam again? I plan on studying areas that I have a opportunity to do better in based on score report.
