Hey y'all! I'm the one who started this thread and have been bad about checking it after I was accepted. Was busy with work and school. Congrats to everyone accepted so far and those who have interviews! Can't wait to see everyone in the spring!! @jbrown811, I requested to join the Facebook group just now. :)

@anjarose23, I forgot to answer your question about if I'll be accepting or not. UTMB was the only school I applied to, so yes I have accepted my offer. :)

Thanks y'all! I have a BS in Kinesiology and an MS in Recreation. Deciding to go back to school after being out of school for 5 years. Undergrad GPA: 3.84 Graduate GPA: 3.92 TEAS: 80% I also spent a lot of time on my personal statement, so I think that played a part. I still have a few classes to take prior to enrollment and plan to take those this summer and fall. Good Luck to everyone! P.S. Don't automatically think you're in or out based on my stats, because I know there are a lot of factors that they take into account. Just stay positive and hopefully I'll be seeing all of you in January.

No, I didn't interview. My understanding is that a few are automatically accepted, a lot are automatically denied (really low GPA's, for example) and the rest get interviews.

Bummer. Can you take it again? People usually do better the second time. Or maybe apply to a school that requires the HESI and see how you do on that test?

Well your grades look high. Did you retake your TEAS and get a better score?

@nayselode, do you know why you didn't get accepted? Did you change anything from your last app? What are your stats? Good luck to you this time around!!

It sounds like you should still be fine. Your GPA is high so that will hopefully offset the TEAS score (although I don't think it needs off-setting, because it's still good). Hopefully we'll be seeing each other in the Fall. I applied two days after it opened, so now it's just a nerve racking waiting game. :)

You have until May 31st before the application closes, so there's still time.
