Hi all, I am new to this site and was hoping to get some feedback! I live in the Chicago area and was looking into some of the nursing programs here. Resurrection has caught my eye since I can be done in 16 months! I will be applying for the Spring Semester after I am done with my final pre requisites this semester. I was hoping to get some input on my chances for acceptance because in all honesty I am nervous. My science GPA will be at a 2.5 while my cumulative will sit around a 3.2. I have not taken the teas exam yet. I have 2 years of experience around nurses at a nursing home as a dietary aide so I am definitely set on this career! I feel my science GPA is too low to be considered. I will start studying butt off for the teas to hopefully get at least an 85. I am also a male if that plays a role in my acceptance. Thank you guys for your time and input. Please let me know if theirs anything I can do this summer to boost my application such as volunteering etc.
