  3. Hi, I am a 37 year old mother of 4 kids, ranging from 3-10. I have a BA in Psychology and did complete all the sciences and pre-reqs for nursing as well as the 2 first nursing courses at RIC for the BSN program. I have been a stay at home mom for the past 10 years and have loved every minute. I have always wanted to be a nurse and am seriously considering reapplying to the nursing program. My youngest will go to school all day in 4 years and I would love to finish the program by then. Is it realistic to be a mom and survive the strains of nursing school? I would love to be a nurse and still be a dedicated mom. I would love to hear any opinions or words of wisdom!!!!
