Ok, thank you all for the responses. I've since applied and been accepted "immediately" and am just waiting for testing. The original post is simply asking for a job description, as in your case management position, they need to job description that qualifies as a case manager. I am confused why that is not understandable but thank you all^^

Hello, I am an RN in california and am planning to take CCM examination under the 2 year requirement. I have been doing self study and am only worried on acceptable job description with all the key points covered. I would like to ask if anyone can post a sample that worked with all of the points covered. I need it to cross reference what I currently have as I am not sure of the current wording. Also if I get denied but know that a poorly written description is at fault what steps can I take to qualify me to sit for the exam with the experience I already have. Anyone that has been down this path before I am just pre planning for all outcomes, intend to sit for August. Thank you.
