NEED HELP! PLEASE
I have been dealing with becoming a Nurse for what seems a century. I studied at ITT TECH in Miami, finished all the courses, clinicals... but was never able to pass EXIT HESI , a requirement to graduate... I was studying to take the exam one more time when in September 2016 the school closed. Ordered my transcripts and they state academic withdrawal.. I never withdrew, just never passed the EXIT HESI... so my transcripts do not state I have an Associates in Science for Registered Nurse. I sent my transcripts to the Board of Nursing and they stated that ITT TECH had to write a letter stating that I completed the program satisfactorily and then I would be considered to sit for NCLEX... I was told by one of my nursing teachers at ITT that I should contact ******** from MRU Miami Regional Univeristy that he was the only person that could write the letter to the BON to have my transcripts accepted. It has been 5 months, 50 emails, 60 phone calls and the only thing I received was an email a few weeks ago stating when your letter is ready we will let you know. I have tried to make appointments face to face and nothing seems to get done. I cannot take my situation.... I was laid off of work on March...2017 and right now things are not good.. I am a single mother and wish to be a registered nurse... not only will I have a stable employment... but will be able to provide for my daughter... PLEASE... IS THERER ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME???? where can I go? In Miami to resolve this... or do I have to move to another state????? I am DESPERATE to close this chapter of my life and start a new one as an RN Thank you

Information about workin as RN in Spain
What is the difference between homoglacion and reconocimiento? I was told that they are not homoglando titulos. How do they validate credentials? Would I have to take some sort of test over there? or they just go by transcripts and license obtained? Please let me know. Thanks. email is [email protected]

Information about workin as RN in Spain
Hello Neonstone: I don't log in much but the information was useful. I still have not graduated . In June 2014 , If I pass the HESI EXIT EXAM.. failed my first try with a 780 need an 850 in order to graduate. Have 2 tries left. So, after I graduate from school, next step will be to take the NCLEX. I have been reading about it being available in England and three other foreign countries. Still need to get more info.. it's $150 but first they need to give you an authorization code confirming payment of test and date test will be taken.. etc.. I am planning on opening my own busines.. home health care nurse in meditteraneo.. Alicante, Benidorm... my best friend and her husband live in Alicante, they have been there for 30 yrs they are from Holland.. and he states that he has connections to get me started in doing home health nursing . Will let you know how it goes..

Nursing in Spain
Was reading about comments previously made about nurisng in Spain. Being from spanish decendancy (mother, father) and daughter born in Spain. Comments made are totally wrong. The equiptment in Spain IS very much up to date. Do not forget that there are "private" and public hospitals. Families DO NOT have to go and bathe their patients or change the sheets as the comments stated.
