  1. Im somewhat in the same situation !! I graduated in Jan. 2014 (a YEAR ago!) I haven't sat for the NCLEX yet , nervous ! =( It seems so frustrating with the background check, the application, etc.. I'm so overwhelmed I have no idea where to begin. I am taking a review class in June, They guarantee results .. if you're interested , sylviarayfield.com ... The PN is a two day workshop, with book, and its $200 (seems pricey, but sounds worth it) I really hope that helps, and its kinda relieving to know I'm not the only one in this boat .. Good Luck to you!!
  2. Graduated from a PN program in Jan. 2014 .. (I felt like I was pushed thru the program, and have no clue what I actually LEARNED). Did not take exam as steps seemed overwhelming (background check, application, etc.) Also, I felt I was not ready, as a nurse I would hurt someone making a small mistake. So - I've self studied, registered for a $200 NCLEX review class and now feel ready to take the next step. HOWEVER .. the OVERWHELMED process has begun again ! (background check, application, etc.) ANY advice?? Has anyone else waited this long to take boards?? Did I wait TOO long??
