Hello! Does anyone on here recommend Cruise Ship Nursing? I have done some research and it seems like a lot of fun. I hear the pay isn't nearly as competitive as onshore nursing facilities, but there are a variety of benefits like free food and lodging. I was hoping to get some opinions on ship life and traveling in general. Being on a boat for seven days could get a little tiring. I was looking to find out how long contracts are and what the work hours were? I'm guessing it is a twelve hour shift. According to Carnival and Royal Caribbean, Nurses are treated as Officer status. Meaning you will your own room and a few other benefits. Thanks so much!
