Hey guys! Im starting this thread for anyone who is also applying to the Baptist RN program for Fall 2015! The deadline is in a little more then a month so I figured we could use this thread to communicate about the process. Anyone else applying?? I also applied to SAC and UTHSCSA Havent heard from SAC yet, but I recently got waitlisted at the Health Science Center as 3/10

Well, my friend who is currently in the spring 2015 class knows 2 people who were initially on the waitlist and then got taken off and given a seat.

Oh don't worry! I have thought the same thing. It will all work out! I will let you know what they say right after I call tomorrow. In the mean time, I applied to Baptist as a back up. I initially only applied to SAC but would rather have baptist as a backup since their NCLEX scores are pretty impressive. The deadline for them is May 15th

I was also wondering why the waitlist was so small. I already know of 4 people who are declining offers, but if they are only wanting a class of 110... Im going to call SON tomorrow in the morning to get some of these questions cleared up

jmora, add up all of your classes by letter grade. (So an A= 4 points, B= 3 points, C=2 points, D= 1 point) Take all of your math and sciences letter grades that are required for the program and add them up and then divide by 8. That will give your math and science GPA
