We have not received any info on what company to go through for the background check or drug screen. I already have my BLS thank goodness. As long as they accept my vaccination records from my employer, I should be good to go there. I can't believe June is almost over.

Tell me about it!!! Ours is July 10th, when is yours? I promised myself that I would take it easy this summer. Hahahahaha...I can't stop thinking about deadlines, financial aid, and what-ifs. I don't even have any deadlines as of yet and I am already stressing about it. Our campus doesn't give us any information until orientation. We will still have about 6 weeks to complete everything, but its just sooo close to the start of school.

Unfortunately for Lafayette, our information will not be given out until July 10th. I just hope it gives everyone enough time to get everything completed in time. Congrats everyone!!!

Well future nursing students...only 5 to 10 days left for those ASN acceptance letters to come out!!!!! I am so antsy I can't seem to think about anything else. Good luck again to everyone that is still waiting and congrats to those who have already received their good news!!!

Good for you! It's been 13 years for me. At least we know what we want and don't make the same mistakes we did when we were younger. I feel as though I am more focused and am able to give it my all at this stage of my life. Good luck and congratulations!

I also have been working solely towards the ASN. My advisor continually tells me to make a back up plan, but I have a family of 6 and I really like my job in the medical laboratory. There's no need in trying to be something else when you know exactly what you want to be or do. Good luck to you! You can do it.

Lafayette is a very nice campus. Classrooms are easy to find too! Good luck, not too much longer until letters start coming out!!!!

EmilysMama, did you apply for ASN and PN or just one? Keep positive! We are so close to the end of the month!!! I have two finals this week, one of which is this evening. I can't wait until I can take a deep breath again. Good luck and keep your eye on the prize.

It's getting closer for those of us waiting for our letters at the end of May!!!! Two weeks left for the remaining semester and I'm sure that we are stressed about more than one thing right now. I am taking chemistry and microbiology this semester and I am dreading the micro final. It has been a fun class but very informative. What classes are you taking now and how are you felling about the upcoming finals?
