Hello, I am a nurse with 1 year experience working on a step-down ICU. I am moving up north in July/August to either the Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE area. I am very unfamiliar with these areas and doing research is quite overwhelming. I am interested in getting a job in the ICU area, as a nurse with only a year under my belt I know it will be quite challenging. Surgical and Trauma are the areas I am most interested in. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on good hospitals for that in those areas or any advice on what hiring is like in those job specialties there. Any insight would be most appreciated!!
