Never mind. That would be license verification. Now I'm nervous. I don't remember doing anything for education verification?

Did you send the form to the state of Michigan for them to fill out and send to Ohio?

This is crazy! You'd think they would happy to have educated people coming to their state. Ugh. Keep me posted.

Hi. No, no luck yet. I'm so frustrated. They won't answer or return any calls/emails. I'm starting to think I'm missing something. Have any of your boxes been checked?

Ohio endorsement
Hello, I am currently trying to transfer my license to Ohio. My license has been 'pending' for almost six weeks. There are about seven boxes that should be checked off before you're 'active.' Not one of my boxes has been checked yet. I am wondering if anyone else has been endorsed by the state of Ohio? Do they check the boxes as they go or not? Or do you check one day you're 'active?' I am really starting to panic. I have a job waiting on me. I doubt they will wait much longer. I have called more times than I can count. No one ever answers and leaving voicemails doesn't work either...

Hello. I know this thread is quite a bit old but hopefully someone will see this. I'm endorsing from Oklahoma. I've been pending for six weeks. I can't anyone to answer the phone or return messages. Does the board check the boxes on the site to show your application process or not? None of my boxes have even checked yet. I'm starting to kind of panic.

New NOC shift nurse
The night before my block of night shifts I go to sleep very early and sleep as long as possible. The day of I do very lite activities like baths, reading and sitting in the sun. Don't overdue the coffee at night. It'll ruin you. The first night back you're usually fine as far as being tired. When I get off at 7a the nest morning I eat a lite breakfast and take 50mg of Benadryl. I can usually sleep from 0830 to 1630. With this I'm ready for toe or three more noc shifts. I hope you find your sweet spot!

New nurse
I'm looking for some insight. I am a new nurse (4mo) and I am starting to feel very discouraged. I work in a rural hospital. We all work med surg and ER usually 3 of us Overnight. I feel I am learning so much. I never thought I could learn so much in my first couple of months as a new nurse. While I am starting to feel somewhat comfortable in my basic nursing skills I am still very shaky in the ER. Ok. I am a nervous wreck in the ER. While most of our patients are requiring basic clinical things we still have codes and chest pain people we are needing to fly out. Ok. Long story short. Management is starting to ask me to take the charge position on occasion... I am just not comfortable with that yet. I work alongside some new nurses also that will take that charge position. Am I being too cautious? I would rather be cautious than hurt someone. I just need some insight from other nurses. Thank you!!
