  1. Thanks so much! You've helped me make up my mind. I struggle with sciences and math in general so I think I should probably NOT take it with nursing classes. An extra semester for just micro won't kill me.
  2. Awesome!! Have you taken your TEAS yet? Also, you said you have all your core, Micro too? I won't have that completed, but was told I could take that after I was in the nursing program. Is that even doable??? lol
  3. Thanks for your response! I've been thinking about it and I think I may just wait until the Spring to apply. I was told you must complete Micro within your first semester of nursing and I think it would behoove me just to take that in the fall and not with nursing classes (if I get accepted) since sciences do not come easy to me and I have to study study study. I haven't even taken my TEAS test and already feeling stressed about that.
  4. Hi! Any pre-nursing students attending Darton College? Spring 2014 is my first semester here at Darton, and since I already have a BA in a non-medical field, the only pre-nursing classes that I have to take are AP1 (current) and AP2 (summer). I was advised that since I would not have my AP2 completed by the fall semester that I could not get into the nursing program until Spring 2015. I was a bit upset for this was not what I was advised early on, or i would have selected AP A&B track this Spring. Anyone experienced anyone similar? Thanks Melody
