Hi! I made a pamphlet geared towards educating those who work in (or ever have worked in) long-term care or senior housing about LGBT elders. I'm trying to evaluate the effectiveness of this pamphlet and would really appreciate any feedback you may have. The link to view my pamphlet hosted on google docs is here. Unfortunately there is not much in the way of LGBT supports for seniors in my city and I am hoping that this pamphlet will help enhance the care LGBT elders receive in the long-term care environment by improving social consciousness. This was created as part of my project for my inter-professional class but I honestly feel that we need to do more to enhance care for this population so I would truly appreciate any feedback you can give. I am hoping to receive feedback from anyone who may work with LGBT seniors (clinical placements, past or current jobs, etc). I'm a long-time lurker and this is my first actual post so I hope I did this right! Thank you so much for even reading this far!
