    Hi, I am possibly moving to the Indianapolis area within the next 6 months. I have been an RN-BSN for 12 years (with at least 8 being in a critical care field). I have been looking at submitting my resume to the IU Health, St. Vincent, and Franciscan Alliance Hospital systems. I am curious if anyone can tell me anything about these 3 hospitals. I know all of them have several locations. But aside from that things such as typical hourly wages, nurse to patient ratio, forced overtime, staff turnover, are any of the hospitals union, etc. Would anyone work at one over another and why? Etc. I am looking at Indianapolis, Carmel, Avon and Fishers locations. Thanks!
