Thank you so much for the response! So just to clarify, they're not looking for exact number of cases per ser; but rather the number of hours spent in the OR/DR exposure in general?

Hey guys, I'm a dual citizen of the United States and the Philippines. I'm currently studying in the Philippines, going to get my BSN this coming summer. I've heard a lot regarding PRC cases. Friends have told me that in order to take the NCLEX in New York (my home state), I need 5 cases of each; actual delivery, immediate newborn care, major surgery, and minor surgery. Is this true? If anybody can clarify it for me, that would be a great help. If it is indeed required, I would like to take care of it while I'm here rather than to go to and fro twice. Thanks! :)
