I have been accepted as well and I will be attending in the fall! Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting started!

@brunettebelle I called the admissions office a few days ago and was notified that they are waiting to hear back from 3 individuals. If those 3 individuals choose not to go to UMass, they will then (possibly) move onto the wait-list. The person I spoke with stated that the admissions department can choose to not move onto the wait-list and can just take those in who have already been accepted. Additionally, she stated that there is no specific order to the wait-listed candidates, they will simply choose "randomly" based on our applications. By random, I mean that there are no specific numbers that each of us on the wait-list have (number 1, 2, 3, etc.). Additionally, she stated that those 3 people have until April 15th to enroll or deny and then a decision will be made afterwards. We would be notified by email or postal mail if a decision has been made. Based off of my conversation, it sounded as if they did not have plans to move onto the wait-list candidates, however, that is just my opinion. I am not waiting to hear back from any schools other than UMass, and I have decided to accept enrollment into MCPHS Second Bachelor's Degree Nursing in Worcester, MA!

@brunettebelle, I was also accepted and wait-listed as well! Have you heard anything back from UMass yet about any open spots? Also, do you think we will be contacted via postal mail or email??

Hello there, I applied to UMass as well but I was wondering if anyone was considered a "waitlist candidate"? I contacted the admissions dept. before applying and because I am still currently a senior in college, I would have to be "waitlisted" until after the conferral of my bachelor's degree in May. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Hello there, I am a senior at UConn studying Allied Health Sciences. I was just wondering if there are any MCPHS Worcester hopefuls out there? I applied for the 2014 year and I have just received notice that I have been selected for an interview. Does anyone still have pre-reqs to finish up before classes would begin? Can't believe how fast this whole process is going!

hiimkendra - Do you have any idea how the admission decision process works? (specific number of waves, rolling admission, etc.) Thanks!
