  1. Hello, This is my first post and I seem to be in a situation. I just had a phone interview/screen with the nurse manager of the Peds Hem/Onc floor. She then told me to come in tomorrow for a panel interview with the other RN's on the unit. Here is where the trickiness is. I ABSOLUTELY have a passion for Peds Hem/Onc and it is truly a DREAM job, but a couple weeks ago I accepted an offer at a different hospital in a regular adult tele unit. At that point I was already a month and half out of nursing school and was scared I would not get hired, especially by my dream job. I am supposed to start orientation next week, but if I get offered this Hem/Onc position I will beat myself up if I don't accept it. How should I handle this situation? Should I tell the interviewers during the interview? Will that hinder my chances? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
