  1. I have a 2 month baby boy. uncircumcised who went to the doctor with fever of 103.0 test came back with positive for UTI/bacteremia. When he was admitted to the hospital he had no fever. I am confused on what two nursing diagnosis i should do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is also my first time with a peds patient so my objectives and interventions are a bit confusing than medsurg. If anyone has any input on what could guide me that would be great.
