  1. Deciding on my final preceptorship...HELP NEEDED!!

    Hello Nurses! So it is time I start deciding on my top 3 clinical placements I would want to be in for my last 4th year clinical. I need help because I get to choose between Medicine or surgery and I can also be specific as to what kind of unit or specialty I want. -So I was wondering if you guys could give me suggestions as to what kind of med or surg units their are out their Ie: GI medicine, Neuro surg, Otho surg... -I want to be on a unit that is face paced and where id be able to do many of my nursing skills. Thanks so much for the help everyone! Looking forward to hearing all your suggestions!
