  1. I heard back if any of you applied for the adult ED. They offered all positions to other candidates so they offered me surgical track. I emailed to see if they had any other tracks available and about shift differentials. I can relay any info I receive.
  2. Had the interview...was definitely the toughest I've had. We shall see! I always like to ask where is everyone applying from? And did anyone make a long distance haul to Nashville? It was my first time there! And WOW! What an incredible place!
  3. Next Friday for me! Pumped!!
  4. Hello all! How long did it take for you to get your 2nd half of the application? I know they said it was 72 business hours... That to me means any where from 1-9 business days. I applied 2 days ago and would like more than three days to get my second half ready. What can I go ahead and prepare to make the second app a quick process? I got references and am mailing my transcript to myself to go ahead and have on hand.
  5. Anybody else heard anything? They said mid February... And I know last year people were still getting calls for interviews in March. I think I will email them this week just to be sure I know what's going on.
  6. Just curious, where does everyone go to university?!
  7. mgfam I understand that everything is based on individual financial circumstances...but does Emory give plenty of opportunities to afford going to their nursing program? I received my acceptance over the weekend. I am just a bit worried about how/if I can afford it. I haven't received my financial aid award yet either. I noticed there used to be a program called NEAT...what happened to that? Thanks!
  8. Applied to programs at Emory, West Georgia, and KSU, and I got my acceptance letter into Emory over the weekend. I'm pretty much thrilled with that. :) I was curious if any of you knew when KSU decisions are sent out? I'm assuming sometime this month...?
  9. Hello! I know this is an old thread, but it was the only one I could find pertaining to this scholarship. I want to apply this Spring for the upcoming academic year. I recently got accepted into Emory University, but the tuition is astronomical...I was curious as to what programs you all are attending, and perhaps just a hint into your qualifications that went into your application (financial situation, volunteer/service, previous health background, second degree, private institution, full-time/part-time etc.) Again! Sorry about being so late on this, but any insight would be greatly appreciated! I really want to see if I have a shot (I believe I am a strong candidate) but like I said, insight is ALWAYS appreciated. Thank you so much!
