Congrats guys on your admission! I'm still here waiting lol I got a call from Ms. Priyanka yesterday and my heart stopped.. but it was only to return a voice mail I left her a week ago. She said there's only a handful of decisions left so hopefully I'll know something by Friday.

I spoke with the admissions office yesterday and they said they were in the process of notifying people even as I was on the phone with them. So they started earlier than the 15th. Idk why they are giving out mixed signals lol I just want to see my status change!

Hey everyone! So I applied to UMSON for the fall and got wait listed. However there wasn't any more room in the program so I opted to move my application to the spring. I also applied to Towson like most of you from what I read. This whole process has been so nerve wrecking. I got accepted to duke SON in the summer but could not attend due to no financial assistance from the school (100k for 16 months!) so we'll see where I end up for the spring.

I received my wait list letter as well today

Hey guys.... I have made the painful decision to decline my admissions offer because of finances. Hope someone on the wait list can get my spot. Good luck to you all. I'm hoping to get into the University of Maryland which would be much easier on my pockets with in state tuition.

I'm having trouble getting loans for the program. Finding funding for this program isn't easy to say the least. Anyone have any loans that worked for them that I should look into?

I was looking at some and I have like three in mind.. do you have facebook? I wouldn't put my number on here lol

Another random question about your schedules as students...do any of you have pets? And if so, is it hard to maintain them with the program?

I just looked at The Belmont the other day. I'm going to call and figure out some prices. A roommate might be in my future. I haven't decided yet. Definitely could use a facebook page to make things easier but I guess we have to wait for the second round of decisions.

@MzJazBerri I have no clue lol. I don't know anything about the area. I guess I should start with getting to know Durham.

Now onto apartment shopping. When does the facebook page start up?
