Have you taken NCLEX yet?

R u a BSN grad? They take lots of people. I heard that that the number can be close to or more than a 100. I only had one clinical question and it was really easy. The are just checking your critical thinking skills nothing too deep, at least in my case. I will start on Monday and I will tell you the exact number of people hired in my group.

My endorsement took two weeks. It would have taken less time if I had listened to my husband who had told me to go directly to the board after my interview. It was a snowy day so off course I went straight home after my interview. I took my prints two days after the interview; however, the company had problem sending them to the FBI and it took me two weeks to find out after calling them TID. So I had to be re-fingerprinted. Long story short, "GO TO THE BOARD" and also take the fingerprints there. My choices were med- surge and Psych. I was interviewed for Med-Surge/Geriatrics. I asked for Geriatrics during my interview with the nurse recruiter. There were lots of other new grads. Do not be too stressed out. Practice at home. be confident and yourself. The recruiters were very nice and overall it was a good experience.

What was required to get a DC temporary license? How was the process in general?

I just got re-fingerprinted. I will check with them next week to see if the results are in.

I was just told that I had to get re-fingerprinted. It sucks!! I should have listened to my husband who told me to go to the BON after my interview. I am going tomorrow morning. How long did it takes for your background check to come back?

congrats on your new job! The fingerprint site told me that they were having problem submitting prints. I am not sure if my prints have be submitted yet. It has been two weeks since I was fingerprinted and every time I call I cannot seem to get a straight answer. They act as if I was bothering them.

I was told that the application had to be in their system for 10 days in order to be eligible for a temp. license. Is it 10 days from the day that it was entered in the computer or 10 days after the background check was received? Do you work for MWH?
