    Hi! Im rather confused. I have just learned that my priority date suddenly becomes current (january 2009) as they are now processing 2010 PD's.... What is the next step? How will I know if my EB3 petition was approved? I am represented by an employment agency in the Phils but I still dont hear from them..Do I need to contact NVC? Pls help!

    Hi khibz, may I ask if they also dont required you to send transcript from school? I was trying to do an online renewal and I just thought they won't require my transcript anymore... how about your IELTS , did u just pay them to have it sent to cgfns? Hope u can reply. Thanks a million.
