  1. same here! I left messages and emailed them asking if they even received my application.
  2. I've seen a lot of "BSN preferred"
  3. Well my sister works at walter reed hospital in the SICU with just her associates and is in the same level as someone who has a bsn but she has 13 years of experience to back it up. She does plan on getting her bsn but not anytime soon.
  4. Did you receive yours?
  5. Oh okay I live in Rockville... I wish more people would reply to this forum!
  6. No nothing today.. 😓😓
  7. Where do you live?
  8. Wth!?! Exactly why do they keep giving different information? This is redicilous!
  9. nope.. mail man came and went
  10. i'm not sure but I'm guessing 3-5 business days.
  11. Just called admissions again lol... Letters went out yesterday!!!
  12. Just called admissions and they said they're going to mail it "about a week or so" 😔😫
  13. The nursing program
  14. Just called they said they're going to mail it out at the end of the month!
  15. Yeah that would be great!
  16. Orientation was mid June last year. I'm not sure about this year.
  17. In the letter it says "Requirements for registration (will be reviewed [orientation day]" Criminal background check and drug and alcohol test CPR Healty history, physical exam and immunization record ALL the above needed before a specific date but all after orientation. (The orientation last year was 6/20/14, they needed all of that by 7/21/14 to give you a good picture of time frame) if not received by the date they will drop you. Also the letter is also certified mail so someone has to be home to sign it or they'll leave you a slip to pick it up at the post office.
  18. My overall was 68% 😳 (the geography part really messed me up lol I'm not good in that area) and reading was 76%. I got in last year with that score. I also have all my pre-requisites As long as you have all your pre-requisites we should be fine!
  19. They send a package with your acceptance letter letting you know what you need to get done before the orientation ie physical exam, get your immunization up to date, and CPR. I think that was it I still have the package from last year. I can recheck. I didn't apply anywhere else. What about you?
  20. When I applied for last fall we got our letters the first week of June!
  21. Right! I kept looking and waited to see if someone would make one after the April 1st deadline but nope. So I just made one! I'm glad I wasn't the only one :)
  22. Do you know of any other forums that have others like us?
  23. Just wanted to know if anyone else applied for the nursing program this fall at Montgomery College in MD? (I applied last year for fall 2014, got accepted but had to deny since I had a surprise pregnancy lol). So now I'm finally reapplying!
  24. No I applied for the two year nursing program back in March 2014. The due date was April 1st and we didn't find out until the first week of June 2014.
