Are you glad you did the CDs for Barkley vs the live review?

What other resources did u use or find helpful to pass the exam? Also did you take the AANP or ANCC? Still trying to decide between Barkley live or recordings. Any suggestions? Thanks

I like the Leik review. Some info was pure review and some was new. No Fitzgerald reviews in my state this year, do you think its worth traveling out of town for? Any thoughts or heard of the Kellerman review?

I've already taken Leik's live review webinar. Shes live on camera. She offers the class free to take as many times as possible if you fail the exam. Any others you recc or is there one you took that you felt help you prepare very well?

I took the ANCC exam first and did not pass. Decided to go with AANP the second time around and was not successful either. I personally liked the formatting of the AANP exam but have thought about signing up for both this third time around (just so I do not have to wait to test with either). I wanted to know thoughts on which exam to retest with the third time around? What made you go with one exam over the other or what did you think of either exam?

Any suggestions on where to go for the 15 CEUs to retest for the AANP exam? I know it says CEUS in your area of weakness. I would like to get the ball rolling and not wait for that form to arrive in the mail. They also say CEUS that give a general review is ok. When I called AANP, they could not direct me where to go to find these CEUS. Thanks!

Nicki, Can you recc where to go to complete the CEUS? Called AANP and they could not explain where to go for the 15 CEUS. The only info they could give me was to it in my weaknesses or a general review. I want to make sure they will accept the CEUS i complete. I also do not want to wait for the paper that tells me my weaknesses before I apply. Lastly, what made u choose AANP the first and second time? Thanks!!

Hi Nicki and wlyn628, I am curious why you ladies chose AANP vs ANCC the first time around and the second time testing? I took the exam once through ANCC and AANP and was not successful at either. I thought the AANP was more straightforward and I liked the formatting of the questions so plan on retesting with them. At this point, I have even thought about registering for both again. Any thoughts?
